Dumbshit Dept.
I love Southwest Airlines, but...
I called Southwest a few weeks ago and changed the return of my ticket to OSCON in Portland to go to San Diego instead of San Jose. The lady that helped me was totally pleasant, seemingly competent and only charged me $20 to change the flight -- I was a happy camper.
Then today I called back and to check on something else and they have no record of me making the change, and if I wanted to change it now it would cost $180. Screw that. Jean is my witness, I made the call. Dumbass me, thinking that Southwest is a competent operation, I didn't bother getting the name of the person I spoke with. So, now there is *nothing* I can do, since they have no record of the call and never charged my card.
Does anyone have any tips on what I can do here?
